Stretching the muscles prepares them for physical activity and prevents injuries. Please click the appropriate link below and follow your warm-up routine.

Helps improve your skills!!!!!!!
The reason we should practice is pretty obvious. Practice helps improve skills and make you better at what you do. If you routinely practice a certain skill, you will get good at it. It is important to remember that when we are practicing a new skill or even an old skill that we do our best to practice that skill the right way. Often times when we are first learning a skill, performing that skill may seem uncomfortable or too difficult. Just remember if you keep practicing, you will improve. Good practice leads to good habits. Try your BEST and have FUN.

This week we are focusing our attention on the overhand throw. There are many ways we can practice the overhand throw. From throwing a stuffed animal at a home made target to striking out the opponent in a baseball game, we want ALL of our students to become proficient in the skill of the overhand throw. We have created two activities we would like you to perform this week. The "Step Back" activity and also "Target Throwing". Remember to focus on the cues and form while you perform the overhand throw. .
