Helps improve your skills!!!!!!!
The reason we should practice is pretty obvious. Practice helps improve skills and make you better at what you do. If you routinely practice a certain skill, you will get good at it. It is important to remember that when we are practicing a new skill or even an old skill that we do our best to practice that skill the right way. Often times when we are first learning a skill, performing that skill may seem uncomfortable or too difficult. Just remember if you keep practicing, you will improve. Good practice leads to good habits. Try your BEST and have FUN.

This week we are focusing our attention on catching. There are many ways we can practice catching. From throwing a stuffed animal in the air and catching it to wearing a baseball glove and playing a game of catch, we want ALL of our students to become proficient in the skill of catching. We have created several activities we would like you to perform this week. The "Partner Push", "Drop Back", "One Hand", Partner Catch", and others. . Remember to focus on the cues and form while you practice catching.
