Stretching the muscles prepares them for physical activity and prevents injuries. Please click the appropriate link below and follow your warm-up routine.

Helps improve your skills!!!!!!!
The reason we should practice is pretty obvious. Practice helps improve skills and make you better at what you do. If you routinely practice a certain skill, you will get good at it. It is important to remember that when we are practicing a new skill or even an old skill that we do our best to practice that skill the right way. Often times when we are first learning a skill, performing that skill may seem uncomfortable or too difficult. Just remember if you keep practicing, you will improve. Good practice leads to good habits. Try your BEST and have FUN.

This week we are focusing our attention on passing a soccer ball. There are many ways we can practice passing a soccer ball. From short passes with your soccer ball to long hard passes, we want ALL of our students to become proficient in the skill. We have created some activities we would like you to perform this week. Take your time and try your best. As long as you are properly passing, you can change the needs to fit your needs.
At the conclusion of your weekly activity, please check in with your PE teacher by clicking on their name below.
